At BirdsMalta.com, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient delivery service for all our customers. Please review our Delivery Policy below:

1. Delivery Timeframe

All orders will be delivered within a maximum of 3 working days from the date of purchase.

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery costs €3 for all orders.
Delivery is free for orders above €30.
DNA testing services are excluded from delivery charges.

3. Delivery Locations

We deliver across Malta.
Deliveries will only be made to the ground floor of the specified address.

4. Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification with the estimated delivery date.
Our delivery team will contact you on the day of delivery for confirmation.
