1. Returns Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Note: Pet food products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Pet food items.
- Avian DNA testing services (results are 100% accurate and non-refundable)
- Pet Supplements.
- Electronic Equipment. We test each electronic equipment prior dispatch. Returns are only accepted if the item has a fault that is covered by the warranty.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns must be brought to our Shop Location at customers own expense.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
