1. Returns Eligibility

Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Note: Bird food products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Avian DNA testing services (results are 100% accurate and non-refundable)

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
