You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

We are not responsible if information provided on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Products and Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual colours of the products.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery and Shipping

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Deliveries within Malta are handled via our own express courier service (Freedoor), standard next-working-day delivery, and instant app-based delivery via Wolt and Bolt (available daily 07:00 – 24:00). International EU orders are dispatched via MaltaPost Tracked & Signed For. Certain eligible products — including liquids, aerosols, and non-Pawfit battery-operated items — are shipped exclusively via DHL Express due to handling and regulatory requirements. Pawfit trackers, bundles, accessories and spares are available for delivery in Malta and Gozo only. We do not ship Pawfit products outside Malta. Large or bulky items may be restricted to Malta-only delivery. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

Please note that orders placed via Wolt or Bolt are processed through their respective platforms and are subject to their own terms, conditions, and delivery fees.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Gift Cards

BirdsMalta.com™ Gift Cards are delivered digitally via email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and can be used towards the purchase of any eligible products on our online store.

  • Validity: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
  • Redemption: Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. They cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
  • Balance: If the amount of your purchase exceeds the balance on the gift card, the remaining amount must be paid with another accepted payment method. If your purchase is less than the gift card balance, the remaining funds will stay on the card for future use.
  • Lost or Stolen Cards: We are not responsible if any gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. Treat your digital gift card code securely.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of our gift card policies.

Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, EU, or Maltese regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
