Product details

• Discover the Villa Coconut from Back Zoo Nature - a natural, exotic shelter for tropical birds, small birds and small rodents. This house is made from a hollowed-out coconut with the outer bark/peel still attached. By means of a screw and wing nut, the Villa Coconut is easy to attach in your pet's enclosure.
• Villa Coconut offers many benefits and options; not only can it be used as a safe environment to sleep and relax, but also as a nesting place where birds can safely and comfortably lay their eggs and nurse their young.
• Also, the Villa Coconut encourages natural behavior; a large part of the day and/or night birds and small rodents spend resting and sleeping in addition to foraging. The Villa Coconut lends itself perfectly to this. In addition, birds are encouraged to build a nest, allowing them to develop and exercise their innate nesting skills.
• Rodents, on the other hand, can express their natural digging instinct and hide.
• Each Villa Coconut is made from a 100% natural coconut, making each one unique. The sturdy construction of the coconut shell with outer bark ensures a long life and is also safe to gnaw on. The Villa Coconut is made with care and attention to detail to meet the needs of your cockatiel or rodent.
• The untreated and natural texture of the coconut creates a natural and authentic habitat for your pet. Bring a piece of nature into your home and watch your bird or rodent express his or her natural behavior!
• Suitable for small tropical birds, small warblers such as agapornis and forpusses (slightly less suitable for birds with long tail feathers such as budgies) and small rodents such as mice, small rats, dwarf and golden hamsters and gerbils.
• Sizes coconut: approx. 20 x 14 x 16 cm
• Size opening: approx. ⌀ 8 cm
• Please note: each coconut is 100% natural and unique, dimensions may vary because of this.
