BIXAN GEL is a ready-to-use gel insecticide bait for ant control based on sodium dimethylarsinate, an insecticidal active ingredient with high knockdown and residual activity. The bait also contains the bittering substance denatonium benzoate, making it extremely bitter to children and pets. Ants are attracted to the sugary compounds in the preparation and avidly ingest it; the insecticide then spreads throughout the colony until it is completely eliminated.
